salopianeditions|SHORTS
The Shorts section offers a varied selection of written material. Here are short stories (long and short) to which more will be added as existing draft material is edited and completed.
There are also autobiographical pieces, self-contained but similar to the contents of the memoir Talking to Myself. Some relate to surroundings in North Staffordshire after leaving Shrewsbury in 1951 while others focus on life and work in London during the 1960s.
The third category, here called 'Essays', contains 'analytical or interpretive compositions', pieces that observe, comment or reflect on anything that has engaged my attention long enough for me to give it some thought.
